We sell a comprehensive variety of PTA related products under the DURMAT® brand, including PTA welding powders, thermal spray powder and wire, electrodes, and tungsten carbide products. Powders and rods for oxyacetylene welding and spraying are also available. We build and repair different types of PTA equipment, such our Durum welding station, PTA torches, and ancillary equipment such as positioners and manipulators. Our facility is capable of running small welding orders as well, covering processes that include flux core arc welding (FCAW), oxy-fuel welding (OFW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and plasma transferred arc welding (PTAW). Our high quality equipment and services provide strong resistance against abrasion, friction, impact, wear, corrosion, and thermal stress. PTAW also has a number of important benefits, including low heat input, less grinding needed, and a cleaner, smoother appearance.
